Diane wasn't the first agent we worked with in our more than a year attempt to move back to Prescott but if it wasn't for her patience, tenacity and knowledge of the area and Prescott market our move never would have happened. Diane and Randal never gave up on us even after over 4 months of searching, making offers on 5 different houses writing up at least 7 different contracts and dealing with my tantrums when I wanted to give up trying. Diane is an extremely helpful and goes out of her way and without any pressure to show us homes in the Prescott area. We came to visit Prescott to see if that is a place we wanted to move to. She came to our hotel lobby, had a binder and was completely prepared to show us different homes in different areas knowing that we might not want to even move to Prescott. There was no pressure and she showed us several homes each time we visited Prescott and continued to send us via e-mails new homes that came up for sale in our price range. Diane and Randal helped us buck a slowing market and got our house sold. When the house was slow to sell I could see that it wasn't for lack of trying on their part. They put on multiple open houses and sent out direct mail to help us find a buyer.

From our first encounter to the close of sale, Diane and Randal made our whole experience go as smoothly as possible. In early March of 2023 I woke up at 4:00 am one day at my house in Colorado and decided I would move to Prescott. After a significant amount of online research I sent an email to Diane Breaux explaining the features I wanted in a house, a neighborhood, and what I wanted in a realtor. Over the next few weeks I contacted her frequently by email, text and phone and always received a timely reply.
