Diane is an extremely helpful and goes out of her way and without any pressure to show us homes in the Prescott area. We came to visit Prescott to see if that is a place we wanted to move to. She came to our hotel lobby, had a binder and was completely prepared to show us different homes in different areas knowing that we might not want to even move to Prescott. There was no pressure and she showed us several homes each time we visited Prescott and continued to send us via e-mails new homes that came up for sale in our price range. She was patient and resourceful in recommending places to see and eat in Prescott. Her website is outstanding and full of information. I would recommend her to anyone considering moving to Prescott.

Diane and Randal helped us buck a slowing market and got our house sold. When the house was slow to sell I could see that it wasn't for lack of trying on their part. They put on multiple open houses and sent out direct mail to help us find a buyer.

In early March of 2023 I woke up at 4:00 am one day at my house in Colorado and decided I would move to Prescott. After a significant amount of online research I sent an email to Diane Breaux explaining the features I wanted in a house, a neighborhood, and what I wanted in a realtor. Over the next few weeks I contacted her frequently by email, text and phone and always received a timely reply.
