Diane is such a professional and a super hard worker. I've never seen any realtor had so many open houses as she had. We went with the pickle lady because of her history with selling our neighbor's houses, and we sure picked the right one!

Diane and Randal together provide more than perfect real estate representation. Randal makes real estate a fun science and Diane provides a friendly personal approach to doing business. Business is what they generate! Our home sold in one day and closed smoothly. Once we vacated the property in advance of new owners arriving she went back in to make sure the AC was on to make for a comfortable arrival of the new owners. From our first encounter to the close of sale, Diane and Randal made our whole experience go as smoothly as possible. We are from out of state and had never been to Prescott, so Diane and Randal scheduled nearly a whole day with us to show us multiple houses in several different neighborhoods to help us get a feel for where we wanted to live. When we found the house we thought we wanted, Randal did a custom walk-through video and emailed the link to us so that we could preview the house before we flew in to look at it. The Pickle Lady helped us throughout the whole process with a terrific sense of humor and great encouragement during the zillions of details. There were many things that were different about buying a house in AZ from all the other houses we have bought/sold in the state where we live currently, and without Diane and Randal's help, I'm not sure that we could have navigated through the process. In early March of 2023 I woke up at 4:00 am one day at my house in Colorado and decided I would move to Prescott. After a significant amount of online research I sent an email to Diane Breaux explaining the features I wanted in a house, a neighborhood, and what I wanted in a realtor. I found a reply to my email the next morning with suggestions on neighborhoods that fit my criteria. Over the next few weeks I contacted her frequently by email, text and phone and always received a timely reply. I found the weekly videos by her and her husband/partner Randal to be interesting and informative. Randal’s monthly market analysis of Prescott real estate is amazing, with statistics even at a neighborhood level. Diane and Randal continued to be helpful during the contract negotiations and even after the sale by arranging repairs, paint samples and HOA information.
