Diana is absolutely amazing, she sold my home in less than 24 hours and got me an awesome deal and worked very hard on the purchase of my new home. She’s extremely knowledgeable and great negotiator! I got great deals on the sell and the purchase of my home even though it’s a sellers market. I would highly recommend her to all sellers and buyers. Thank you Diana, you are the BEST!

Diana Baqaie is very unethical and unprofessional. First thing when you work with Diana is that she will try to convince you to work with her lender, then she will go ahead and solicit and obtain information from that lender without authorization. She clearly does not act on the best interest of her clients: she wants to make money fast, so she will pressure you to jump from one lender to the other to make sure her deals go through. Be careful she even reaches out to lenders/mortgage companies to tell them wrongful information about us. She lied to us that our mortgage application was denied, causing us to lose this wonderful property that we have put an offer for, when in reality, the application was still in process. There are so many real estate agents out there, I advise you to please stay away from Diana.

I'm a first time home buyer and fairly new to the area, Mrs. Diana Baqaie was very helpful and was more than happy to guide me through the whole process. I like the fact she would talk to me and make sure I wasn't being to impulsive about a questionable home. Awesome person to work with.
