Three offers in the first weekend on the market! Devonee had strong negotiating skills and made sure we understood all important parts of the offers. Selling a home, while buying a home in a different state was a complicated process. She knew exactly what was going on in the market and had clear communication with us from start to finish. She is a Carlsbad native and her love for the area shines through. She and the 1850 Realty Team (Carol and Eric) created a beautiful website for our home sale. They had a drone specialist come out for aerial pictures. We were also very happy with how the indoor/outdoor pictures and videos turned out. She answered all of my calls and text messages in a timely manner and had solutions when I needed help. She is connected with companies and people that did a great job, from painters and landscapers, to cleaners and window cleaners. She even stepped in to help with the company that was transporting our 1974 MGB car. She showed up for us in a big way toward the end of the sale. She helped with removal of our last things and setting up cleaners and landscapers to make sure our place was taken care of during the final week when we were gone.
