As a first time home buyer and being over 500 miles away, there is no way this process would have been so seamless without Devon! I cannot recommend Devon Ramage (The Brokerage KY) highly enough! We sold our house and moved to a temporary rental with an intense desire to find our forever home in Lexington in the middle of a pandemic and skyrocketing housing costs. We had a modest budget and extremely picky tastes. Devon promised he’d help us find the perfect home and he truly delivered. Devon was on top of it! I was checking Zillow at least four times a day, and he was sending me properties I hadn’t seen while researching properties I was digging up and sending him. While I know he was working with many clients simultaneously, we felt like we were his only one. When we got to the point we were touring homes he was willing and available same day. He even offered to go conduct a video tour if/when we couldn’t make it. At a time where houses were being sold within 24 - 48 hours, I cannot stress enough how important it was to have a realtor who was engaged, available and communicative. It all became so overwhelming, but he was there to advise and organize and pull everything together. As our search intensified, Devon was right there with us the whole time. We finally won the fourth house we bid on - and without going into the minutia - he saved our butt with the last bid not once, but twice in how he recommended we write the offer. In a rapidly changing environment, with so little inventory, 28 showings for our house in a single day, and 12+ offers, somehow we got the home of our dreams at a reasonable price. We wouldn’t have our happily ever after without him.

Devon is the absolute best! He made the process of both selling our old home and purchasing a new an absolute breeze. Not once did my husband and I feel uncomfortable or pressured at any point. He is nice, smart, and genuinely cares about his clients!
