I cannot recommend Devon Ramage (The Brokerage KY) highly enough! We sold our house and moved to a temporary rental with an intense desire to find our forever home in Lexington in the middle of a pandemic and skyrocketing housing costs. We had a modest budget and extremely picky tastes. Devon promised he’d help us find the perfect home and he truly delivered. Devon was on top of it! I was checking Zillow at least four times a day, and he was sending me properties I hadn’t seen while researching properties I was digging up and sending him. While I know he was working with many clients simultaneously, we felt like we were his only one. When we got to the point we were touring homes he was willing and available same day. He even offered to go conduct a video tour if/when we couldn’t make it. At a time where houses were being sold within 24 - 48 hours, I cannot stress enough how important it was to have a realtor who was engaged, available and communicative. It all became so overwhelming, but he was there to advise and organize and pull everything together. As our search intensified, Devon was right there with us the whole time. We finally won the fourth house we bid on - and without going into the minutia - he saved our butt with the last bid not once, but twice in how he recommended we write the offer. In a rapidly changing environment, with so little inventory, 28 showings for our house in a single day, and 12+ offers, somehow we got the home of our dreams at a reasonable price. We wouldn’t have our happily ever after without him.

Throughout the process, he was always helping me find homes that I would be interested in. He consistently stays in contact with his clients until after their closing date and honestly, he still checks in after that. Even when the seller I was buying from backed out the week of closing, he helped me find a home that was better suited for me.
