About Devon

I am originally from a small rural farming community in Minnesota. While in high school I joined the MN Army National Guard, and was honorably discharged in 2014 after 6 years of service. I went to college at North Dakota State University where I graduated with two Bachelor Degrees. After graduation I went to work in sales and management for several years. In 2016 I decided to get my real estate license. I absolutely love what I do. I tend to specialize in working with VA loan clients, first time home buyers, and new construction homes. If you are purchasing a home with a VA loan you can rest easy with the knowledge that I understand the process. Not only have I helped many people buy a home with a VA loan, but I have also done it myself. I absolutely love working with first time home buyers. I know that taking the first step into home ownership can be a daunting task. When you work with me I will be with you every step of the way. I will always ensure you fully understand the process, and I will help line you up with other industry professionals that can help and protect you along the way. I know several lenders that offer a variety of services to best fit your needs, I also will help you find a professional home inspector to ensure your purchase is a good investment. If you are hoping to build your dream home I have got you covered. I built my first home, and I understand how hectic a build can be. While working with me through your build, I will attend most or all of your design meetings to help make suggestions for quality of life additions you may need. I will also provide peace of mind when you select some upgrades. Some upgrades may cost a lot, but they wont provide you with any real return when you decide to sell, while others can greatly increase your resale value.
