Devi did a fantastic job selling our home in a very challenging market. With us living in Texas, she worked tirelessly to ensure the home was ready - meeting with new appliance installers, painters, cleaners, and several contractors. Selling and buying both involve psychological roller coasters. In my case, the process lasted almost a year, largely because I had a lot of work to do to get my house ready for market. I felt overwhelmed -- almost to the point of paralysis -- at the beginning by the thousand-and-one details I knew had to be handled. Devi very skillfully doled these tasks out to me in manageable, step-by-step chunks.
