My husband got a new job in KC and we needed to find a new place to call home in a hurry. We connected with Bob by chance when we expressed interest in a house. From beginning to end (which was a quick process for us, thank goodness), Bob was available, knowledge about all aspects of the KC area market, and a lifesaver in helping us navigate financing stressors on a weekend when, without his help, we would have just been stuck waiting until banks opened on Monday, and without the house we wanted as houses were selling same day in most cases. We will use Bob again without hesitation and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with a true expert as you buy and/or sell your home.
