We all know selling and buying houses is not all peaches and cream. So I'm not going to sugar coat it. We had hurdles, at no fault of ours or Denise. One loan fell through for someone wanting our place which we knew would be a possibility. Then another buyers house they were selling to buy ours didnt pan out because they decided to build their own house. Well, let me tell you. Denise was all over it. She never once didn't pick up her phone or call back within minutes or send a text stating. I got this Karen. Let me take care of this for you. This is not an easy job but Denise smiles and says " I absolutely love my job" she answers every question I have like it was the first time with patience and grace. Even though I have asked the same question 10 times. Imagine me and however many other buyers/sellers she has all calling/texting all day long and all hours of the day and night.
