We all know selling and buying houses is not all peaches and cream. So I'm not going to sugar coat it. We had hurdles, at no fault of ours or Denise. One loan fell through for someone wanting our place which we knew would be a possibility. Then another buyers house they were selling to buy ours didnt pan out because they decided to build their own house. Well, let me tell you. Denise was all over it.
