We originally met Denise by designing and installing motorized shades for her home. I took her card and she was quick to get us set up to search for homes while offering advice on how to use the platform best. Other realtors we had met in the past just didn't seem like they were helping us but rather simply brokering a transaction Denise, on the other hand, is a true asset in home buying. We started out touring a few homes to get a feel for what we liked and Denise was extremely accommodating to our busy schedules. As our tours got more serious, Denise gave great advice as to what each home should be worth as well as the pro, cons, and dealbreakers. After many offers and even getting one under contract (which fell through during inspection), we found a home that fits our needs perfectly. Denise is responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. For anyone in the market for a new home, my fiance and I highly recommend her!
