Whether working with novice or experienced real estate buyers/sellers, her service and expertise are second to none.
Dena is one of the hardest working pro client agents I have ever met. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and being able to truly trust someone who is taking care of your best interests. I can't recommend her enough.
A very professional agent, my wife & I were unable to meet with her face to face due to travel restrictions on our part and she kept us completely informed at all times. Really glad our daughter selected her to sell the property!
Dena Willett truly has the personal characteristics and realty knowledge of the process and current market facts present in specific locations which Buyers want and need in the hectic process of buying/selling a house. She will indeed put their interests foremost in her mind, answer any questions one may have and has the negotiating ability to either obtain a realistic, fair selling price for your home or in buying a home. She will cooperate and work with you in a friendly, professional manner at all times and the ability to overcome specific obstacles which sometimes present challenges to completing the sale.
Dena is the best realtor ever! If you are thinking about using anyone else, stop! Hire Dena. I had the pleasure of working with her over 10 years from rentals to sales. Having her list my house and go through the sale process was like being on a cruise. She was the sea captain, navigating turbulent waters, and I felt like I was on the deck sipping pina coladas with a Hawaiian shirt and a fannypack.
