She was the kindest and most responsive property manager I’ve ever had while I was renting in New Haven, CT (2017-2022). In 2022, I received a new property management company that treated me terribly, but I remained in touch with Dena, who continued to advocate on my behalf, even after she was no longer involved with the property! Once I decided it was time to purchase a home in 2022, Dena offered her services as a real estate agent and worked tirelessly to assist me with the biggest decision of my life.
