Dena has been directly involved in my housing and wellbeing since approximately 2017. She was the kindest and most responsive property manager I’ve ever had while I was renting in New Haven, CT (2017-2022). In 2022, I received a new property management company that treated me terribly, but I remained in touch with Dena, who continued to advocate on my behalf, even after she was no longer involved with the property! Once I decided it was time to purchase a home in 2022, Dena offered her services as a real estate agent and worked tirelessly to assist me with the biggest decision of my life. Dena provided guidance (at times to her own detriment) to ensure I found the right place for me. It took nearly 2+ years, several dozen showings, and a lot of patience, but it certainly felt like I had someone who truly cared about me during the entire process. For anyone reading this, I strongly encourage you to at least reach out and have a conversation with her about your needs and concerns. You will not regret having Dena in your corner. A+++ 10/10
