Demetria is a native to Middle Tennessee, and grew up in Lyles right outside of Dickson. A 2016 graduate of Freed-Hardeman University (FHU), Demetria focused on business administration and management. After graduating, she took that education to serve as the Admissions Director for FHU Dickson. After a few years, Demetria transitioned into the banking and finance industry for nearly six years.
When asked why she started a career in real estate, Demetria said, “It is my mission to create generational wealth for my family by investing in real estate and helping others do the same by bridging the homeownership gap for minorities, and other members of my community.”
Demetria serves on several local committees and boards at her local Greater Nashville Association of Realtors: Housing Opportunity & Affordability/ Habitat Committee/ Ambassadors Program.
When not serving her community and clients, Demetria enjoys spending time with her two sons, Andre and Jarrett, and traveling as she plans to live abroad someday, hopefully somewhere tropical!
