I hired Hive Real Estate to get my house sold in Los Prados and had used Demi and Ren beforehand as property managers. Since they had done such a wonderful job, it wasn’t even a second thought to hire them to sell my home. They were right on top of everything! Demi worked with me on getting the house ready for sale including having a professional photographer come through and take pictures. She understood what I was looking to get out of the sale and in the end actually got me a price much higher than what I had originally expected to get. Very happy with the experience.
