Starting with their extensive research on how to price our house, to bringing in experts to give staging guidance, to providing professionals of all types when needed -- including but not limited to: structural engineers, radon experts, painters, movers, and junk disposal. They were continuously amazingly flexible, professional, thorough and available throughout the month-long process of prepping the house for sale. The house sold for full price, cash with no contingencies the first day it was a available to viewing. Cannot highly enough recommend Delia and her team.
