Deidre Pfeifer

Deidre service was top notch. She is knowledgeable, prepared, professional, and her data analyze is unbeatable. There was a couple of times I thought I had found a house to make an offer on. Deidre took the time to make sure I understood the cons and the price analysis before spending my money. She was right each time! When the perfect the house came about, she was like a shark going in for the kill. Deidre put her best game plan forward, provided sound data, and ultimately my offer was accepted over competing offers. As far as VIP treatment- all of my communications to her were returned expeditiously. You'd think you were her only client. Deidre is a dynamic person and professional.

She was very responsive easy to talk to and very friendly. She helped find buyers for my property. She walked through everything with me even after closing. I strongly recommend her.

Professional and always delivers on the details. Loved working with her.

I thought selling my house would be very stressful, as I didn’t know how to do it. I’m so glad I turned to Deidre and asked her to be my realtor. She made all the worries disappear, took control of the situation, and we had an offer within three weeks! I’m thankful that I decided to go with Deidre and FirstTeam. Do the same, and you won’t regret it!

From the initial phone conversation I knew Diedre would be the agent I’d like to work with. Throughout the entire process her professionalism, knowledge and kindness shown through. I highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Deidre is a top-notch agent who went above and beyond to help my brother and I sell our childhood home after the passing of our mother. Deidre made an already overwhelming situation so much easier for us, even taking on the work herself to get the City permits and work done in order to bring our older home up to code and ready to sell! Her caring attitude and responsiveness was so appreciated. She demonstrated that she is extremely knowledgeable in CA real estate, putting our minds at ease that we could trust her to guide us through the process. She kept us informed and up-to-date on all developments, making sure we understood every step and every document that needed to be signed. I intend to use Deidre’s services again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
