Dee Rasberry

We are grateful for Dee's thorough managing of the sale of our four-plex, from the initial listing all the way through closing. The process was easier and much quicker than we expected, especially because we were out-of-state sellers and had never met Dee in person! Coming into this, all we knew was that she had recently sold a property similar to ours for an amount over the listing price. We put our trust in Dee, and she kept us well-informed and patiently answered our many questions while she worked diligently to help close the sale. One of the things that stood out was Dee's willingness to take on what we thought of as additional work -- like the coordination/management of the termite inspection and introducing us (long-distance) to a local roofer/contractor who was qualified to handle the repairs of the roof and the inside repairs that needed to be done, and coordinating directly with our property manager for the viewings and such. With her connections to local contractors and businesses that also do quality work, she made the sales process 100% easier than we ever imagined it could be. Without her, we would not have been able to be as efficient with the coordination and completion of those necessary repairs. Also, Dee's vetting of potential buyers and making us aware of the pros and cons of each offer -- that was super helpful. Dee's a fantastic person to work with and one who really knows her market. We were fortunate to be connected to her for this transaction. If we should ever need help with the sale or purchase of another property in New Mexico, we are grateful to know that she would be there to help us through the process again.
