· Virtual flyer boxes. Paper flyer boxes in your yard are a thing of the past! I take advantage of the fact that nearly every buyer carries a computer around in his or her pocket. My listings have a QR code on the sign to scan for more information as well as the address and my phone number.
· Professional photography with a wide-angle lens. I take the time to make sure your home photos look AMAZING. I own quality equipment and I know how to use it. I'll also edit your photos for lighting, color, and contrast to ensure the property looks great.
