I have used Debra 3 times in the last 15years. She is so attentive to everything I want in both selling a house and helping purchase a house. She is so honest and is full of integrity. She truly wants the best for her clients and works very hard to achieve that. I have referred her to several friends, and they all have had the same positive experience. I don't plan on moving again, but if I change my mind, she will be the agent I call. She is truly the best.

Debra is amazing! I had struggled for months to get my Mom's home on the market and moved into a much smaller home. Part of that struggle was finding the right realtor whom my Mom trusted and felt comfortable with and myself as well. Debra was very patient and even helped assist in getting things done and there was a lot to be done, I was overwhelmed. Not only was this whole process very daunting by itself, but the house is an hour away from me so I couldn't easily run back and forth. Debra hired the help needed to get projects inside and outside finished and managed those and what a huge assist to me that was. Debra's goal was to have the house listed in a month, I doubted this was possible. Well was it listed in a month and had a ton of interest and was under contract in 4 days above listing price.
