Debra is amazing! I had struggled for months to get my Mom's home on the market and moved into a much smaller home. Part of that struggle was finding the right realtor whom my Mom trusted and felt comfortable with and myself as well. Debra was very patient and even helped assist in getting things done and there was a lot to be done, I was overwhelmed. Not only was this whole process very daunting by itself, but the house is an hour away from me so I couldn't easily run back and forth. Debra hired the help needed to get projects inside and outside finished and managed those and what a huge assist to me that was. Debra's goal was to have the house listed in a month, I doubted this was possible. Well was it listed in a month and had a ton of interest and was under contract in 4 days above listing price. I am extremely grateful for Debra.

First off let me start by saying I was not asked to write this review actually I am the one who asked to write a review. I am not one who often does reviews so my apologies if I don't hit the mark. But about Debra, I had a luxury property I was working on selling ($1M+) and she went over and beyond to put me in the best position to sell it in a timely fashion. With very candid feedback, lighting speed response and most importantly I felt as if it was her own home she was selling and guided me to remain optimistic and watch market trends as to pricing. She has a high level of integrity and all I can say is if your considering listing a property or buying one she is worth speak too. If anything, you will leave impressed and learn something.
