Debbie was very helpful and professional. She understood my needs/wants in a home. I ended up interested in a few condos and she quickly got me in to see them. The negotiating process went fairly well, she even got back to me on the weekend. When things out of our control caused some issues she worked very hard to get it taken care of and corrected. She kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure I knew what was going on. She was very organized and when it came time to close made sure everything was all set. Many thanks to my next door neighbor who first introduced me to Debbie Byrnes. Ever since the first day my wife & I met Debbie we knew good things were going to happen. It took me 3 years after my father’s death to even think of put my parents house on the market. Debbie went through the house and made suggestions of what to do to prepare it for sale. I wanted to make it perfect, but Debbie knew the new owners would make their own changes. I listened and all went very well. Debbie suggested sprucing up the bathroom and a couple other items that would help over all. The changes were made and what a difference. There were also some items that needed to be removed from the house and Debbie suggested a fellow whom she worked with before that did in fact come and remove the items at no charge. Debbie prepared all the forms that needed to be signed for the sale of the house and constantly let us know when it was going to be shown. Any questions that I had Debbie either answered right away or came back with the answer after researching it. Debbie worked closely with my lawyers and all the paperwork went smoothly. My wife and I say thank you to Debbie for her patience and hard work.
