Debbie helped me in my search for a home to call my own. As you can see I scored Deb 5stars in everything other than the Negotiation process. Everyone says oh did you negotiate a good price. To be honest the home I purchased needs nothing everything is brand new and remodeled so I offered purchase price. I received everything I requested and she makes sure all lose ends are taken care of before closing.
