From the moment contact was initiated, Debbie was courteous, prompt and professional. She provided us thorough feedback of updates needed prior to taking pictures and listing our home. Debbie took an ample amount of pictures to use for the listing and made sure that we were comfortable with the wordage in the listing. She was aware of my family's needs for showings, giving us 24 hour notice. Debbie was knowledgeable about comps in our area, preparing the information prior to our first meeting. DUring negotiations, Debbie gave us honest feedback that we found to be extremely helpful and appropriate. She also assisted us with buying a home. It felt like Debbie was working solely for us at times, as she was always available via text, e-mail, and was extremely flexible when scheduling showings. She never pressured us to buy a home or pay more than we were comfortable for. I would highly recommend Debbie, not only for her skills and knowledge, but for her enthusiastic personality.

Now came crunch time my house was sold and I needed a new home for my family. Debra met me to look at new home on my schedule each and every time I called her.. Debbie has been amazing. from day one. She's always very quick to respond to any questions I have, no matter what time of day or day of the week I contact her. I like that when we got an offer on our house she came over in person to explain it and help us. Anytime we needed to sign anything she came right over with the paperwork. She is always on top of everything. While selling our house she did an open house almost every weekend, even in the snow. I would highly reccommed her to everyone I know who needs a relator. I will be using her to search for our new home and I know we will be in great hands.
