The sale of our parents' homeplace was truly a blessing! Deborah Willis is the very best. She and Cary Moore worked so hard on this sale. It was a difficult sale because there were so many names on the deed involved. Getting everyone's signatures and getting everyone together for meetings, dealing with everyone's opinions, also situations with buyers lenders was indeed tedious and required a lot of patience. But they pressed thru and got it done, sacrificing their time and energy always. They had to be heaven sent because anyone else would have backed out.
