Not only is Debi a great realtor, she is a great person! She went so far out of her way to help me sell my house. Bringing her own possessions to stage my house, helping to lay mulch in my yard, and even going to the county and paying off a fine for me. (I live out of state). Not only that, but she found me a great condo, and arranged for the purchase to be done on the same day as my house closing. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Debi is! She worked tirelessly through our new home purchase and was with us every step of the way. Debbie is thoughtful, calculating and has amazing contacts. Our own children trashed our rental. Being out of town "landlords" we didn't realize how bad it had got. Debbie connected us with a handyman that did amazing work. She communicated with us through the changes, sent pictures etc. The market was slow and she prepared us for that. We felt her number was fair. Before she contacted with us on the offers, Debbie did her homework and verified the buyers etc. We had one offer in 48 hours but she explained the Pros and Cons and we decided to pass. A long 5 days later (average market time was 165 days) we got a second offer over asking with some amazing buyers. Super smooth transaction. Couldn't have done it without her! So blessed to have her in our life. Thank you.
