Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. Deborah demonstrated how much she cared about our needs, balanced with her knowledge of the real estate market. She customized a marketing plan, managed interactions with all the vendors and Buyer Agents, and guided us through the escrow process. Culminating in the successful sale of our home. Deborah was recommended to us by a friend years ago. While the real estate market was depressed, we chose not to sell our home at that time. We stayed in contact over the years, and she would make recommendations as to what improvements we could do to make the home more attractive to potential buyers. We thought we had to spend a lot of money. But that wasn’t the case. Her advice was extremely valuable, and we had the opportunity to enjoy the improvements during this time. She presented us with market data and helped us establish a price that would generate interest and traffic to our home. She helped us establish goals regarding our move and minor touch-ups necessary to placing the house on the market. She negotiated best and final offers, and we accepted the best deal. On a side note, we were grateful to be able to sell our home to a Veteran. The associated VA Loan process was very easy as they had a very well-organized Loan Agent who worked closely with Deborah to close escrow within 30 days. For starters, Deborah is AWESOME. Not only was she an absolute pleasure to work with, but her tenacity, diligence, and professionalism is top tier. My wife and I were starting to look for our first and forever home, so there were a lot of things we had questions on. Deborah’s communication is unparalleled. She always answered our phone calls/texts if we had questions, or if we wanted to setup time to see a property in person. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us something, and that she truly had our best interests in mind. A few of the things she told us early on was that she wouldn’t sugar coat anything, and that she wouldn’t sell us a house that she wouldn’t live in. It really did feel like that throughout the whole 6-month home search period. She made the whole process smooth (even being extremely flexible when we switched lenders mid escrow!). All preparation for the Launch was co-ordinated with Deborah. We were in escrow in five days....over asking price in an economy that would have suggested otherwise. At times, a tenacious escrow and Deborah advocated for me throughout the escrow.
