We met Deb when our east coast realtor (and good friend & neighbor) introduced us, as we were selling our home and moving back to Southern California. This is the second time Deborah has sold a house for my wife and I. You can not find a real estate agent with more experience, knowledge and professionalism anywhere in San Diego County. When I think about Deborah, two characteristics stand out. First, her ability to set a listing price that generates the maximum amount of interest (foot traffic) during open houses (which equates to more offers and in our two (2) cases a bidding war). About a year ago we started looking for our "forever" home. We loved our beach condo but we really wanted a stand-alone house. Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. Deborah demonstrated how much she cared about our needs, balanced with her knowledge of the real estate market. She customized a marketing plan, managed interactions with all the vendors and Buyer Agents, and guided us through the escrow process. Culminating in the successful sale of our home. Deborah was recommended to us by a friend years ago. While the real estate market was depressed, we chose not to sell our home at that time. For starters, Deborah is AWESOME. Not only was she an absolute pleasure to work with, but her tenacity, diligence, and professionalism is top tier. My wife and I were starting to look for our first and forever home, so there were a lot of things we had questions on. Deborah’s communication is unparalleled. She always answered our phone calls/texts if we had questions, or if we wanted to setup time to see a property in person. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us something, and that she truly had our best interests in mind. A few of the things she told us early on was that she wouldn’t sugar coat anything, and that she wouldn’t sell us a house that she wouldn’t live in. It really did feel like that throughout the whole 6-month home search period. She made the whole process smooth (even being extremely flexible when we switched lenders mid escrow!).
