We met Deb when our east coast realtor (and good friend & neighbor) introduced us, as we were selling our home and moving back to Southern California. From the get go she was dynamic, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. We found what we were looking for very quickly, but we weren’t yet ready to go forward. We didn’t think that the property would last for long. Who knew that within a week our east coast home would be under contract, we’d have a virtual walk through of our desired property, and we’d put in an offer on it? Deb was with us all the way, coaching us on the local market, making suggestions on how to proceed, and ultimately having our offer accepted. This was only the beginning… we had an exceedingly tight deadline since we were selling and buying at the same time, planning a cross country move, and planning our drive west. This is the second time Deborah has sold a house for my wife and I. You can not find a real estate agent with more experience, knowledge and professionalism anywhere in San Diego County. When I think about Deborah, two characteristics stand out. First, her ability to set a listing price that generates the maximum amount of interest (foot traffic) during open houses (which equates to more offers and in our two (2) cases a bidding war). Second, she treated us as friends (almost like family) in how she let us know what was happening each step of the way and what to expect next. About a year ago we started looking for our "forever" home. We loved our beach condo but we really wanted a stand-alone house.
