She listened attentively to what we were looking for, and helped us prioritize what was most important to us in case we could not find it all in one home. Somehow, we ended up buying a home that has eveything we really wanted. Deborah Beckman guided us on determing a fair offer, and succesfully helped us negotiate all terms right up thru closing. Deborah made herself available for impromptu questions and very many showings. Deborah had a wealth of knowledge and when unsure, she researched and promptly got back to us with answers. And all of this, Deborah accomplished with patience and perseverance. We switched directions several times on what we were looking for and when when we were ready to give up, she assured us we would know when it was the right one. Well she was right.
