There is not a paper long enough for my husband and I to say how grateful and thankful we are that Debi was our realtor. She was always available and her text response time was immediate. While she gave her opinion, she was always careful to let us make ours (probably praying we would say no on some of the former rentals we saw!). Her negotiation skills were top knotch as were her follow ups on all our questions. This girl has energy galore and the best personality to work with. We had never met Debi before but she was part of the team we were working with. We sold our house lickity split but in a sellers market it was 5 months before we found our Forever House. We saw a lot of lemons before we made lemonade. Debi was always willing to show us any house we asked. We'll never forget the house when a FL gully washer suddenly came up, and we had to flee the back porch because it was leaking A Lot. Before that it look terrific! And even after the sale when we couldn't get the garage door opener to respond-over she came with reinforcements! Now that's a STAR!

Debi was amazing to work with! She continued to show us home after home until we found the one we wanted and she was always willing at last minute notice!! Her response time when we had questions was almost immediate. Her knowledge was so helpful and her encouragement to us was priceless. She made this an amazing experience for us and we are so grateful to have had her!
