We're so pleased we worked with Debbie to help us find our new home in Roseville. She's very knowledgable of the area and surrounding cities to show us plenty of options to narrow down our search. She listened to what we wanted and was so patient as we looked at pre-owned homes as well as new construction. She gave excellent advice about neighborhoods, schools, and even things to consider when we chose our new build like where to put electrical outlets for accessibility. I can truthfully say that Debbie is one top-of-the-line realtor. She represented me (seller) as well as the buyers who have been renting my house for the past eight years. Even though there was total agreement on the sale price a mountain of issues and details had to be addressed, typical of any house sale. She was masterful in guiding us through this foreign jungle. The buyers, as well as myself, were in awe of her expertise in solving any issue to the satisfaction of both parties. It seemed that Debbie often was able to read my mind as she answered some questions even before I asked them.
