I think I owe Debbie two reviews. About eleven years ago Debbie helped me purchase this property. I was very impressed during that process, so when I decided to sell it, I called her again and was very glad she accepted to help me again. I had the chance to see Debbie working on both, buying and selling sides of real estate transaction. During these processes I observed her knowledge, experience, patience and learned to trust her advises and decisions. She always made herself available to answer my questions and she really knows everything you need to know about buying or selling a house. I cannot imagine anybody more knowledgeable, professional, and helpful than Debbie. I would always recommend Debbie Brewington for the best real estate transaction anybody wishes to have.

I have used Debbie to buy and sell 2 homes during my 20+ years as her client. As a home buyer she is patient, ensures she fully understands your wants and needs and zeros in on the properties that meet as many of your wants and needs as possible. As a home seller she is diligent and highly focused on marketing your property to get the highest value possible. She does those 'extras' that are unexpected that mean so much and makes the process of selling and buying as painless as possible. I've recommended several people looking for a house in our area and they too have used her to buy and sell multiple properties and have been thrilled with her work. She is a wonderful person who I consider a friend. In my opinion, she is the only realtor to consider when buying or selling a home!

There is no one thing that could possibly describe our experience with Debbie Brewington . To begin with , she was who I thought of immediately for a realtor . She was the realtor that sold us our house almost 20 years ago to the day . Her professionalism and complete understanding of our situation could not have been handled by anyone else. She took the lead and sold it and was able to get our escrow closed in record time . At the end of everyday of showing the house she would send us a review of who looked and what she felt we could do to improve our chance of a quick sale. We were able to sell it very fast to a beautiful family who can hopefully raise their family there as we did. She is and always be considered a part of our family and I know that everyone that works with her feels the same way.

Debbie Brewington did an incredibly good job for us, especially considering she had to walk that fine line between being a neighbor and a realtor.
