I feel blessed that we had Debbi as our real estate broker! I am so grateful for the professional and personal help she gave us in preparing our condo for the market, working with all players (painters, handymen, neigbours, city, HOA, stager, buyers, agents of buyers, etc). I was amazed by the grace she seemed to handle the complexity of it all and at the end help us negotiate a price that I am very happy with!

This is long overdue, but my husband and I were recently reflecting on our experience selling our home and felt the need to write this review for Debbi. We met Debbi at an open house for another home that she listed and sold in our area. We were so impressed with the marketing, professionalism and presentation that we asked here to be our agent shortly after. The experience was wonderful, she did a fantastic job marketing our home. We received multiple offers and sold over asking. Debbi is a wonderful communicator and made us feel comfortable every step of this normally stressful process. You should not hesitate to work with Debbi.

Debbi is great! She answered questions for us no matter what time of day it was. I have had experience buying homes but not condos; Debbi knew all the questions to ask and what condos I should stay away from. In the end she found something that I knew I wanted. She was able to advise on a winning offer that was still affordable even for the bay area. I highly recommend her!

We recently bought our first house in Rockridge with Debbi, and I can't say enough good things about her. She's knowledgeable, patient, and beyond experienced. We enjoyed touring homes with her. We lost a few bids because the real estate market in Oakland is insane, but she remained optimistic and helped us find a house that met our needs at a price we could stomach. The deal on the house was complicated to say the least because of factors that were out of our control, but Debbi remained calm and deliberate, and negotiated for us like a champ. We were thrilled when she was able to negotiate an additional $11k credit. When we closed, I honestly felt a little sad that we wouldn't be in constant contact anymore. Buying your first house is full of ups and downs, and we were so lucky to have Debbi by our side through it all.
