This is my enthusiastic endorsement for Deb L’Esperance who represented me in the purchase of my Eastmark Estates home. Not only is Deb kind, sincere, and honest, she genuinely knows the real estate business. She followed me from the sale of my home in California to my purchase here in Mesa. She was able to answer my many questions, immediately, or if not, she was able to access the information and typically get back to me within hours or the next day. She always made me feel as though I were her only client when I knew she was working on other real estate transactions. She helped in selecting my home after doing her homework and weeding out homes she knew were not a fit for me, especially with the limited days we had to select a home (four days), while during Covid. Deb L'Esperance has made our move from California to Arizona seemless. Deb has built many relationships with builders through the years which gave us peace of mind in finding our forever home. The builders are not her limit, she knows many neighborhoods in Mesa which helped us form ideas while we partly were shopping from California. She listened to our preferences down to minor details such as no overhead wires visible from our new home. She was here for us from the beginning until after the end. We are settled in at our new home and we couldn't be happier!

Deb was a lifesaver for us! When our parents passed away we needed to sell their home, but neither my bother or I lived in Phoenix. The house was in need of a lot of TLC and we originally thought about just selling it to a house flipping company. While we were in the middle of this process we ran into Deb and thank goodness we did. She set up all the contractors and came to let them in the house since we weren't in town. She did an amazing job fixing up the house and we ended up selling it for $170,000 more than we were being offered by the companies we were considering selling to. Also, she got us a full asking price offer within 24 hours! I obviously highly recommend Deb!

I was so impressed with the amount of time she gave me to ensure I felt supported from before she listed my home until to after the closing. There were multiple occasions that stand out when Deb went above and beyond. These occasions include: helping the photographer shooting our home during high wind and rain, driving to my house to ensure it was tidy for an unexpected last-minute showing (I was unavailable) and always shared any feedback provided from other realtors.
