Deb Forte was the second realtor we chose to help us sell our home. I certainly wish we would have found her the first time around. She was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. We have had a wonderful experience working with Deb Forte as our Buyer's Agent from the first time we met 8 months ago all the way until the purchase of our first home. She was always very enthusiastic with each home we looked at, pointed out the positives in every situation, but never pushed us to do anything we weren't ready for. Since we (the buyers) didn't live in the same location before purchasing our first home, it was very difficult to coordinate our schedules to see houses, but Deb always made it work with her schedule and ours, seeing anywhere from 3-6 homes back to back in one day to accommodate us. She was also very quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and especially emails. She never made it seem like we were bothering her with even the simplest of questions or concerns. And if by chance she had previous commitments when we wanted to see houses, she would send her husband and partner in business, Bill, who was also very nice and professional, so we didn't miss out on seeing anything. I would highly recommend Deb Forte to anyone looking to buy a home in the North Shore area. She was willing to go anywhere whenever we needed her to, and worked with us continuously to narrow down the search and eventually find us "the house". My experience with Deb and William was wonderful. When I found a house (that turned out to be "the house") it was their quick response time and smart negotiation skills that got our offer accepted. They even went out of their way at night to drop off our offer in the listing agent's mailbox! I highly reccommend working with Deb and William! They are excellent.

Deb promptly returns all calls, gets answers ASAP, finds solutions for seemingly insurmountable obstacles, and does it all with a smile. I sincerely feel that only 1 in 1000 real estate agents would have gotten us this deal and managed to get it closed in time for my daughter to start the school year at her new school. Deb Forte came to us through ZipRealty....we were moving from the South Shore to the North Shore and didn't know much about the area. Deb listened to what type of home we were looking for and researched areas/towns that would best fit our commutes to work. Deb also recommended local attractions and restaurants, which we probably would not have gone to on our own. When we ran into problems with the sale of our home, Deb was there to calm our nerves and assure us that everything would be fine. She always kept in contact with us, our attorney, the seller of our new home and his realtor. Without Deb's help, we probably would have just given up and stayed put. We would definitley seek Deb out, if we ever move again.
