Deb was an amazing agent. I dealt with two other agents during my search and due to my age they were uncooperative treating me as if i was not serious about buying a house. Deb then came into the picture and blew me away with her professionalism and way she treated me as if I was buying a $2million house and was one of her top buyers. Since I was 2000 miles away it is very hard to look at houses, Deb would set up times that we could video chat the houses and do a tour of the houses remotely. Since Deb was there in person she would point out things that we could not see as clearly on the video and give her thoughts. Deb constantly would keep in touch about new house options and the areas that we were looking. We scheduled our flight to come look at houses within a week and she made sure to have houses lined up and ready when we got there. Once we were there we continued to add houses and were able to see many more houses same day as we saw the listing. Deb knew the area very well and told us areas to avoid and how far I would be from my job and good stores. Deb went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor and due to the market she had to be checking listings on a daily basis. I would strongly recommend using Deb Forte if you are in her area.
