extremely dedicated to putting the deal together ! stays in constant contact with both seller, buyer and other brokers. even after many disappointing listings and offer refusals deb never gave up in finding me the right home. that speaks volumes to a purchaser. in todays world/market im sorry to say a broker dose not have to do really any hard work other than maybe show up to sell a house ! deb stills works every deal and sale to the bitter end.
