Deb's market knowledge was thorough and her diligence and willingness to invest in extra pictures and ads was recognized and appreciated. Market conditions for our home were less than ideal and it took 9-10 months before we sold and for much less than we had hoped. Such a duration is a test to both realtors' and sellers' patience but she didn't give up. The only criticism would be that communication flow between us was sometimes less than smooth and complete.

Deb was very instrumental in the purchase of our farmhouse! This was an emotional sell for the original owners but she was tenacious about getting both parties to the table and the sale completed.
