Deb's market knowledge was thorough and her diligence and willingness to invest in extra pictures and ads was recognized and appreciated. Market conditions for our home were less than ideal and it took 9-10 months before we sold and for much less than we had hoped. Such a duration is a test to both realtors' and sellers' patience but she didn't give up. The only criticism would be that communication flow between us was sometimes less than smooth and complete.

Deb helped us find a new rural property and we love it and her! She also sold our last property 8 years ago. We can't say enough good things about Deb, she's super knowledgeable, very responsive and of course personable. Highly recommended!
