Tough market but got it sold

When my hubby and I both got fantastic jobs out of state that we couldn't refuse we had to pack up and move. It happened so fast but our Realtor Deb Dahlberg-Rowland did an excellent job of marketing our property and getting it sold in a timely manner with a great sales price.

Our sale was a difficult one involving detailed estate documentation from the 1970's, and , in addition, the property itself was not the most desirable! But Deb worked it until it got done and we will always be appreciative. Her knowledge and tenacity saw us through to the end.

As a new small-land buyer, I didn't know much. Whatever I knew about real-estate transactions was through web reading and watching videos. Came to know of and got Deb as my agent through a random chance, and am I glad that it happened. With a wealth of experience in real-estate business, Deb knew everything about buying and selling. Deb took time to read, check for any abnormalities and explain the important points of every document that a client would run into - and there are a lot docs with lots of legal speak.
