Deb helped me go from listing the property Feb 1 receiving an offer shortly after, to closing May 15th despite immense complexities with the transaction! The property was 10 acres with solar and 2 houses lots of gardens a pecan orchard, fruit trees, etc it was a strange listing but she did an excellent job conveying its value and understanding unique homestead / ranch style properties. For one, I was not there to help with anything, physically, as I was already living out of state. She managed and oversaw helping to get the property ready to list, marketing assets ready to roll the month prior to it going on the MLS, meeting with the buyer, making sure the home inspection / appraiser / etc all of those steps were carried through.
