I had almost given up about finding a home for my family and decided to do it at a later period , and then came a charmingly smart person "DEANNA STEPHENSON" who I luckily met after seeing on of DUFFY listed house, and after that I was in safe hands , she is very professional, prompt, sensible, knowligble person , she guided me thru the process and things started falling in its place , every thing worked out much better than it was planned. DeAnna is a very genuine person who is all about her clients. From the beginning, she was upfront and realistic with me about what to expect. She seems to know everyone worth knowing in the real estate business. She even connected me with a contractor who could do everything that I needed and was willing to work with me within the restrictions of the mortgage contract. She knew the ins and outs of all the variations of loan products and was able to make knowledgeable, helpful recommendations on a consistent basis. She answered my myriads of questions at every time of day and night. I'm not entirely sure when or if she sleeps! Her professionalism with everyone she deals with is unparalleled and yet I would never want to be on the receiving end of her negotiation skills. When my house did not appraise for what I offered, she convinced the sellers to simply lower the price with no other stipulations. When my lender balked at my propositions or became uncommunicative, DeAnna championed my cause and made sure they stayed on task. I always felt like her most valuable and most important client. DeAnna was very attentive and helpful. She was there for me every step of the way. My particular loan was a 203 K loan, so it was very intricate and sometimes exhausting to deal with. DeAnna made the process a lot less difficult by holding my hand through every step of the way. She communicated with me, helped my get a better understanding of the process, and was always there to help answer any questions I had. She was wonderful!
