DeAnn is a Gem who Knows Her Stuff
When I called DeAnn to tell her I was thinking of selling my home, she gathered info about what improvements I had made, then did survey to see at what price other houses in my area were selling. She made a recommendation based on other houses in my area and put the sign in the yard that afternoon. By the next evening, my house was sold. She knows the business well and what needs to be done in preparation. She guided me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. As I said, she’s a Gem!
