My realtor moved to Florida and so I was on a search for a new realtor. I went through 2 different ones before I took a chance and entered my info in one of the sites that had the "click here if you are interested in this listing" sections. That usually never goes well but in my case it did. What I liked about Dean the most is he didn't 'sell' me my home at all. We must have viewed 6 or 7 houses before I settled on the one I wanted. He asked me what I was looking for in the price range I was looking for it and never pressured me to raise the limit I wanted to stay in. Every home he would feed me back the things I was looking for in a home to remind me so I didn't choose a home that went against or didn't have what I was looking for. He wasn't immediately responsive within say 15 minutes of me contacting him, truthfully no one is. Sometimes that was the case but it was always same day within business hours. He was knowledgeable and also if I was stuck with needing an inspector or whatever the case, he had recommendations ready and I did not regret them at all. I likely won't be buying a new home again in the future anytime soon but if I do, yeah I will definitely be calling Dean to get the process done and I do recommend him. Lastly, as an inside joke make sure you ask him about the tires on his car..... he had one tire that just wouldn't allow luck on his side.

Dean was instrumental in getting our house sold for what we needed from it and helping us find a rental home closer to work. He was an invaluable asset to our selling process
