Definitely would recommend DeLynn. Her primary goal is to find a right fit, not to just put you in a house. We looked at many houses with her and she could tell you everything good and bad about the house and neighborhood. For example, she knew about toxic chemicals in one nearby neighborhood, siding installed with a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer on another house, and foundation issues on another. She gives you an unfiltered view of what she sees based on her long and extensive experience. Her help does not end after finding the right house as she will go to bat for you in negotiations. She knows the rules and the procedures and actually made the sellers' realtor look inexperienced. If I were ever to buy or sell a house, I would definitely want DeLynn in my corner.
