When I told Lori that I was on the wait list for Cypress Glen she stopped by to see my house and gave me an estimate. What impressed me was that she never high pressured me nor encouraged me to sign a contract. Told me that, no matter when I decided to move, she would be there for me. When the time came to sell, Lori gave me even a higher estimate as the market had changed. Also, since I had a few pieces of nice furniture, she took pictures and listed them on social media so that was one less thing I had to deal with. I had a comfortable relationship with Lori and the sale went very smoothly.
I have purchased a home prior to working with Ben and Lori but I had never experienced selling. They both made me feel comfortable enough in dealing with them to ask the questions I had openly and freely. They responded quickly and with confidence. It took longer than anticipated and that was no fault of there own. Throughout the entire process they communicated with me, kept me informed, and looked out for my best interest in all proceedings.
