We are very pleased with Lori's experience, knowledge, and professionalism. She knows how the market moved and always presented best ideas. She is also very accommodating and helpful as we already relocated. She is the realtor one feels comfortable leaving the property in her hands.

Lori helped me with each step through of selling my home and purchasing my new one! I love working with Lori. She goes above and beyond to help you with anything you may need!

Lori is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout each step during the home buying process!! Lori sold my home and helped me purchase my new one. She is the absolute best realtor to have in your corner!

Lori was absolutely amazing. I can’t speak highly enough. She was always available and completely had my best interest in mind. I can’t recommend her enough.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Lori. Our first experience with her was buying our house over 10 years ago. Would not go to any other realtor in eastern North Carolina. Her office staff are also very helpful and professional.

We started working with Lori when we were just thinking about a move to Washington, NC. This was a move back home to Eastern NC. Lori took the time to figure out our goals, and then found options in the area. She was patient, attentive, flexible, and always available. We had a great experience working with Lori and are happy to give our highest recommendation.

Lori is an absolute professional. Her wisdom, experience and guidance had our home sold immediately. We put our home on the market on a Friday and by Sunday evening after only 4 showings we had 3 offers. The whole process (posting, showing, accepting an offer, closing) from start to finish only took 32 days. We highly recommend Lori and the Stancill Realty Team at Keller Williams!

Lori was amazing. She had answers for every question we had. We first reached out to her a year ago, and she's been nothing but patient and helpful through this whole process. I can't recommend her enough, there's a reason why my entire family has used her for the last 8 years, she's the best.
