Lori was exactly what I wanted and needed out of an agent. I picked her after doing research on agents in my area. She has closed on more homes than any only else I saw and after my experience I 100% know why! Things have changed so much since I bought my last house 11 years ago. She was able to tell me what changed and explain how things work now in detail. She listened to my needs and wants and moved quickly to help my family find the perfect new house. An agent who listens and works quickly was critical for me because rhe market was hot and things were coming and going fast. Lori quickly aet up viewings for us and came to each prepared. She knew what to look for and could point out all the features that were on the listing. She paid great attention to detail and let us know if ahe saw anything concerning or could be a potential problem. She quickly prepared the paperwork for our offer in hours! She worked well with the seller's agent. She also had great recommendations for inspectors who cane quickly and were very thorough. When I closed she even recommended a cleaner who was able to come the next day. Lori is exceptional. I can't sing her praises enough. It's one thing to work hard but she also does an amazing job communicating and has all the working relationships needed to make your home buying experience pleasant and stress free.
