A excellent and professional realtor, dedicated to helping her clients. Very insightful and will ensure all the needs of the client are met. Understands the market well for the area and provides a quick turnaround time on listing, contracting, and selling. Lori had helped us to purchase this house in 2016 and was quick to help us sell in 2021.

Lori is a fantastic realtor and truly a great person! She went the extra mile to make sure our home was ready to sell while working within our limitations. We had already moved out of state when it was time to list, so we really placed our trust in Lori to help from afar and so happy with our choice! We closed at a higher price than we anticipated thanks to help from Lori and her team, who were there to guide us at every step. Thank you Lori!!

As we all know, the home buying process is very very stressful! Lindsey made us feel comfortable and less stressed going through this process. From going out to see the lot all the way to see our finished house, lindsey answered every single question we had for her! She is awesome!

We just recently sold our house in September. I had sent out a bunch of emails looking for an agent and Lori was the first one to respond literally within a minute after her company opened. We have trusted her guidance and expertise throughout this whole process and can I just say wow. Every aspect of the home selling process Lori has made an ease. Never had such a positive experience with a realtor. I will not be trusting anyone else with future home buying or selling because of how positive our experience was. Thank you Lori and the Keller Williams for all your hard work, responsiveness, knowledge, and courtesy! We look forward to working with you guys again in the future!

Sharon is very helpful and patient, also works efficiently! She keeps efficient communication between her client and listing agent, Will recommend her to anyone who have needs to buy a house.

A friend referred Lori to me and I could not be happier with her services. She is a great communicator and knows the area extremely well. She provided great recommendations when fielding offers and made the closing process so easy. Would highly recommend her.

Lori was extremely helpful from the start of the process of selling our home to even after the house was sold. She has many helpful suggestions and is knowledgeable about how to improve the presentation of your house as well as what buyers are looking for. She is friendly and energetic and makes what could be a very stressful situation much more bearable with her sense of humor and helpfulness. We highly recommend her as a buyer's or a seller's realtor.

I highly recommend using Lori to help you find or sell your next home. She was very personable, always reachable, and very knowledgable. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through the entire process and always made me feel comfortable with the process.

Lori Stancil was very knowledgeable and supportive during our home sale. She guided us through the process with efficiency and professionalism. We received multiple offers in less than a week of listing, and closed the sale on time. Very good experience with Lori and Stancil Realty.

I will use her again if needed. Lori was on point and was aware of everything that was going on. She addressed every issue that came up and resolved it quickly while staying in touch with us. Thanks Lori..

Lori responded almost immediately to all my inquiries. She worked dellgently to find a house in a very diffucult market and never gave up. I finally settled on new construction, which was delayed for approximately two months. Lori kept me informed during the whole process.
