Hire Lori Stancill. If you want an exceptional realtor hire her. I was blown away by her enthusiasm and initiative to get our house on the market. She has extensive knowledge of the properties in the area and knows how to present a house to reach the widest pool of potential buyers. She is compassionate and forthright in her dealings and will work hard to make the transition as smooth as possible. If I were to purchase another house in the area I would hire Lori and her team again.

We worked with Lori on 3 Real Estate transactions in a 6 month period. Lori’s knowledge of the market and area are outstanding. Regardless of how busy Lori may be, she really does make you feel as if you are her top priority. Additionally, Lori has numerous contacts in the area for anything you might need prior to selling or after buying a home.. tile, carpet, repairs, etc. Lori and her team are extremely well organized, professional and they move fast. All while genuinely understanding your needs and what the right fit is for your family. No matter if you are buying or selling Lori and her Team are the best in the business. Ten out of ten and without question the only Real Estate Professional we will work with in the future.

Lori was a joy and a pleasure to work with. She negotiated a selling price that was nothing short of a miracle. The whole sale was fast, easy and painless (we were selling our home that had a lot of sentimental attachment for us). Lori had a lot of knowledge and expertise and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. If I were buying or selling in the Pitt County area again I would contact Lori to work with. She was wonderful.

Lori did an excellent job selling two properties. She provided accurate data related to pricing properties and walked us through the process until closing. Very knowledgeable and professional!

From the first time I met Lori I knew we would work well together. She moves fast, is highly responsive and makes you feel like you her only client. When you work with Lori you are getting someone who will work harder than you, and is passionate about getting you the best deal possible. Also with Lori you are getting a person who knows Pitt County Real Estate. She has contacts for everything, and has a very high standard for quality the quality of the home she is selling. Last she is really good at coming up with marketing strategies, and she does not give up. If something does not work she will come up with a different strategy. Lori was able to help us get our home sold in a very difficult market. I honestly can't imagine working with anyone else on this home, in this market. I would highly recommend Lori to anyone purchasing or selling a home in the Pitt County area.

If you want a realtor who listens to you, who works hard to get you the results you’re looking for either buying or selling, then go with Lori Stancill. She (and her staff) made this process as easy as it could possibly be. She was thoughtful, engaging, answered all my questions and concerns promptly and completely. I am highly satisfied with the outcome of the sale of our home. Go with Lori - you won’t be disappointed.

Lori helped us sell our mother's house. She was very knowledgeable and professional as well as outgoing and friendly. She answered our questions promptly and provided us with advice and guidance. I highly recommend her.

We've bought and sold many homes in the last 10 years and Lori is hands down the BEST realtor we've worked with. She is super responsive, honest and at the top of her game. Lori's pricing was spot on - our condo sold fast and it was over asking. Highly recommend Lori for your real estate needs in Greenville and surrounding areas!!

I bought a piece of land, sold it and bought another piece. Thomas Hicks was my agent. We looked at a dozen homes then decided to build. Thomas was patient, understanding as always ready to go!

Lyndsey provided the best personal and home feeling service helping me to purchase this home. Lindsey truly went above and beyond in helping me make my purchase!

Lori is the best realtor I have ever worked with in selling my Dad’s house. She listened to my thoughts and what I had in my mind. She provided guidance and feedback on price in the current housing market. She was always available for any questions or concerns that I had. Lori will be the first realtor I call for any future real estate needs. She is simply the best!
